He was predeceased by: his parents, Horrace Waggoner and Addie Waggoner. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Waggoner; his daughter Lori Anderson (Kevin); his brother Donald Smelser; his sister-in-law Barbara Smelser; and his grandchildren, Jake Anderson (Alayne) and Kellie Wong (Jarrod).
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Sunset Hills Mortuary and Memorial Park (24000 Waalew Rd, Apple Valley, CA 92307).
