He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Culbertson and Margaret Culbertson. He is survived by: his wife Thelma; his son Jeff Culbertson; his daughter-in-law Brenda Culbertson; his son Donald Culbertson; his daughter-in-law Tatiana Culbertson; his sister Karen Horne; and his brother-in-law Terry Horne.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sunset Hills Mortuary (24000 Waalew Rd, Apple Valley, CA 92307). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Sunset Hills Memorial Park (24000 Waalew Rd, Apple Valley, CA 92307). A reception will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Sunset Hills Mortuary (24000 Waalew Rd, Apple Valley, CA 92307).
