He is survived by: his wife Michelle Renee Hultquist (Maynard); his sons, Phillip Hultquist (Sherry) and Sidney Hultquist; his grandson Raymond Hultquist; his sisters, Joanne Gavin (Hultquist) and Laurie Coyer (Hultquist); and his sisters-in-law, Rhea Czarnota (Maynard) and Denise Campbell (Maynard). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
