She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Maclusi and Lydia Maclusi (Bettencourt); her former husband John Urbanic; her brother Norman Maclusi; and her son Robert Urbanic.

She is survived by: her children, David Urbanic, James Urbanic (Jami), Maureen Tapiz (Fernando) and Kathleen Urbanic (Ted Barber); her grandchildren, Carli Urbanic Baxter (Kevin), Megan Tapiz, Nathan Tapiz (Rachel), Benjamin Tapiz (Leah), Ethan Barber and Trey Barber; and her great grandchildren, Charlie Seaver and Clary Baxter.
