He was predeceased by : his parents, John Penner and Augusta Penner (Schroeder); his sister Bernice; his brothers-in-law, LeRoy Smith and Jerry Smith; his brothers, Vernon and John Henry; his sister-in-law Susie Penner; his sister Evelyn Penner Smith; and his sister-in-law Dolores Penner.
He is survived by : his wife Vivian; his children, Ann (Randy), Mark (Michele) and Stacey (Freddie); his grandchildren, Sarah, Kaitlynn (Fifi), Will, Emily (Chris), John (Jennifer), Joshua, Gabriel (Ashley), Sean, David and Michael; his great grandchildren, Payton, Efia and Baker; and his siblings, Lawrence, Lucille Penner Smith and Max (Joan).
