He was predeceased by : his wife Margaret Ann Miller (Melby); his parents, Carl Christopher Miller and Evelyn May Matteson; his siblings, Carl Miller and Marjorie Callingwood; and his son Michael Miller.
He is survived by : his brother Melvin Miller (Virginia Miller); his children, Marvin Eugene Miller Jr., Michelle Navarro (Joe Navarro) and Candance Rocha; and his stepchildren, Julieanne Page (John Page) and Jolene Henry (Steve Henry). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
