Robert Paul Sellers Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Paul Sellers (Arroyo Grande, California), born in Reedley, California, who passed away on January 3, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving family and friends to mourn.
Bob spent most of his younger years growing up in Reedley where he still maintained relationships even after moving to Arroyo grande. After college, he made the decision to be of service to his country and he enlisted in the Coast Guard during the Vietnam era.
He loved the Coast Guard but he felt he was missing something in the outside world and began developing his talents in electronics. This lead him straight to achievement as a thriving computer engineer and eventually starting his own business with longtime friend, Ben Cavutage.
Bob is preceded in death by his lovely wife of almost 30 years, Sue (Steelsmith), Younger sister Martha (Marti) Penner, daughter Marilyn Kline and his parents, Paul and Helen Sellers of Reedley.
He is survived by his brother James Sellers of Visalia, son Michael Brodersen of NorthLake Texas, granddaughter Suzanne Smith of Salinas and several nephews and nieces. Online memorial service was held January 4, 2021 and graveside memorial is still pending because of COVID.
