With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vernis Lenore Schad in Artesia, California, who passed away on May 3, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George Schad. She is survived by: her sons, Tim and Scott (Terri); her grandsons, Matt (Diana), Brandon (Colleen) and Ross (Melissa); and her great grandchildren, Abby, Addyson, Grayson, Nico and Livia.
In lieu of flowers, gifts in her honor may be made to the Women's Resource Center, Emmanuel Hospice, or a charity of choice.
