He was predeceased by: his son Luke Valadez. He is survived by: his wife Linda Walsh Valadez; his children, Frank Valadez, Marco Valadez, Carlos Valadez, Jennifer Valadez Ciaccio and Daniel Valadez; and his sisters, Rosario Valadez and Elena Valadez Bland. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the church that he loved and that held deep meaning for Frank, to help enable the continuance of the ministries he cherished, especially the outreach to people in need.
