He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Chappell and Millie Chappell; and his siblings, Crandel Chappell, Darrell Chappell and Franceal Rowell.
He is survived by: his daughter Cari Holt; his grandsons, Philip and Toby; and his brother Doyle Chappell.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 9:30 AM at the Bakersfield National Cemetery (30338 E Bear Mountain Blvd, Arvin, CA 93203).
