David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Farotto and Rose Farotto. He is survived by: his wife Mary Farotto; his daughters, Felicia Ulibarri (Lisa) and Lisa Traub; his sons-in-law, David Ulibarri and Jordan Traub; and his grandchildren, Austin, Mila, May and Beau.

A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Old Mission Catholic Church. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Old Mission Catholic Cemetery (101 Bridge St, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in support of cancer research — a cause held close to Davids heart and those who loved him. https://www.stjude.org.
