He is survived by: his child Jerry IV (Jay); his wife Joyce (Elliott); his children, Jeanine Walters (Don), Jay (Babette), Jeff (Kathy) and John (Ladonna); and his grandchildren, Lynsey, Chistopher, Joel (Gretchen), Robert (Jeena), Teressa (Scott), Jenna, Steven, Andrew (Paige), Katie (Austin), Sara and Heather (Aaron). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to either Hospice of San Luis Obispo County or the Rotary Club of Atascadero Inc. "Scholarship Fund".
