He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ramos of Atwater; his children, Fernando Ramos of Atwater, Francine Mendez of Merced and Vivian Holguin of Turlock; and his siblings, David Ramos of Fair Oaks and Andrea Hernandez of Merced. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
