It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Ronald Pirtle of Atwater, California, who passed away on July 10, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Dr. Wayne Pirtle and Rosemary Pirtle. He is survived by : his wife Toni; his children, Amy, Andrew, Paige and Jack; his grandchildren, Kaelyn, Merrick, Jeremiah and Zella; his pets, Max, Buddy, Nacho, Googa, Mango, Pumpkin, Peaches, Buttons and Trixie; and his friends, Tony, Andy and Pete.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Merced County Animal Shelter in Ron's memory.
