Though Jagir may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his wife Dalbir Kaur; his daughter Sumon; his son-in-law Tejinder Nahal; his sons, Parmjit Singh Kang, Dilbag Singh Kang and Balwinder Singh Kang; his great grandchild Nimrit Kang; and his sister Jasbir Kaur Aulakh. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
