He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Gallop Wheeler and Dorothy "Ducky" Lehnen Wheeler. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sandra Duffy; his brothers, Roger Wheeler (Christa Valentin) and Russell Wheeler (Peggy Lentz); his cousins, Lori Harvey (Robert Sagehorn) and Anne Gerdes; his nieces and nephews, Brandon Wheeler (Julee Wheeler), Ian Gerdes, Leon Valentin (Else Valentin), Tara Little (Tony Little), Darian Duce (Eva Duce) and Naima Van Gelderen (Casey Van Gelderen); his great-nephews, Wyatt Little, Gauge Little and Cooper James Valentin; and his great-niece Danica Wheeler. He is also survived by his family and by the numerous close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lassila Funeral Chapel (551 Grass Valley Hwy, Auburn, CA 95603).
