He is survived by: his children, Jason, Vincent and Ella; his wife Amanda Arias; his siblings, Cynthia Pelayo, Paulina Arvayo and Heriberto Arias Jr.; and his parents, Laura Bustamante and Heriberto Arias.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lassila Funeral Chapel (551 Grass Valley Hwy, Auburn, CA 95603). A reception will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
