She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Leroy Prewitt II and Louise Prewitt. She is survived by: her husband Mike; her children, Brent (Parisa Navidi), Marc (Claudia Chrino) and Sara; her grandchildren, Josefa, Isabella, Benjamin (Marc), Maya and Caspian (Brent); and her brothers, Mike (Linda Motzny) and Larry (Tonia Parker). She is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a Luige Aprea Elementary School classroom or schoolteacher, in memory of Leslie.
