He was predeceased by: his parents, Dayton L. Keegan and Corena E. Olson; his wife Eleanor M. Keegan; and his grandfather Neil. He is survived by: his children, Sean B. Keegan (Cathy) of Atwater, California and Rebecca J. McCain of Fair Oaks, California; and his grandchildren, Marryanna, Caity (Ronald), Cristal and Seana.
