He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Henry Borkowski and Cecilia Clemense Borkowski. He is survived by: his children, Susan Nelson (Jake Nelson) and Thomas W. Borkowski (Rachel Borkowski); his grandchildren, Henry, Luella, Hudson and Weston; his girlfriend Rona Hicks; his sister Irene Lubinski; his niece Donna Burke; his great-niece Heather; his brother Stanley; and his friend Bob Ryan.
