He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Gonzalez and Anthony L. Leonis (Tony); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his son Anthony Lucas Leonis (Cierra Kraft); his stepdaughter Breanne Hughes (Dawn M. Leonis); and his siblings, Jean, Diana, Mona, Jennie and Jimmy Leonis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
