She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Monroe Diggs and Pearl Moorman Diggs; her former husband William Franklin Michael; her great grandchildren, Phoenix Nowlin and Kaitlyn Michael; her sister Naomi Ruth Diggs; her brothers-in-law, Elden Griffin, Robert Kilmer and Raymond Via; and her children-in-law, Arthur French and Patti Michael.

She is survived by: her husband Frank; her children, Carolyn Spencer (Dan), Wesley Michael, Howard Michael (Dana) and David Michael (Lorri); and her siblings, Emily Griffin, Eleanor Bennington (Roy), Joyce Via, Paul Diggs (Elizabeth) and Ethelyn Kilmer. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren and 16 Great grandchildren.
