As Barbara departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Barbara leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Reapp and Martha Smith Reapp; her granddaughter Desira Hammond; and her sister Joyce Neal. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Hamilton (Jim) of Virginia Beach and Jody Hammond (Pam) of Bakersfield; her grandchildren, Jodee Hammond, Kerri Paulson, Skyler Hamilton and Joshua Hamilton; and her siblings, Marilyn Milstead of Dexter City, Jim Harris (Alma) of Gallipolis and Lanny Reapp of Phoenix, Arizona.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
