Barbara Sue Hayslett Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Sue Hayslett (Bakersfield, California), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 8, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Knoble Cozort and Esther Henson; her stepfather Thomas Terry; and her sister Frances Bratton. She is survived by: her brother Paul Cozort (Shirley); her children, Babette Baier and Joshua Hayslett; her stepchildren, Merrit Hayslett (Deedee), David Baier, Maris Sosa (Frank) and Camille Johnston (Jerome); and her grandchildren, Elijah Baier, Justin Hayslett (Jennifer), Garrett Hayslett (Kaylea), Matthew Sosa and Willow Johnston. She is also survived by many Great Grandchildren, Beloved Cousins, Nephews and Nieces.
In Lieu of flowers we ask there be a donation made to St. Jude's in her honor.
