She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny C. Penalver Sr.; and her parents, Lorenzo Garcia and Elvira Garcia. She is survived by: her children, Johnny M. Penalver Jr., Lisa Marie Martinez and Yolanda Eloisa Blackmon. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
