He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul (Nina Winter) and Bob; his siblings, Carol and Jerry; his wife Toni Winter; his daughters, Debbi Work (Kelly) and Cheryl Tackett (Doug); and his granddaughters, Megan (Jonathon) and Kristin (Chad). He was also cherished by 7 great grandchildren.
