She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayde Smith and Faye Smith; her brother Floyd Smith; her parents-in-law, Hal Urner, Nellye Jeanne Seibert and Wendell Hendricks; and her sister-in-law Wendy Taylor.

She is survived by: her husband Steven G. Urner; her sons, Michael and David Urner; her daughter-in-law Candi Urner; her granddaughter Sara Urner; her siblings, Gary Smith and Florine Fox; and her nieces and nephews, Carolyn Fox, Ron Jr. (Andrea Fox), Jackie (Jared Wichman) and Scott Taylor.
