“Charlie is pictured here with Martin Vargas at a photo shoot at Wind Wolves March 2, 2013. He studied horticulture at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and loved to shoot flowers and other plants. We discovered a common history way back in the 70's at Fruitvale Community Church, when Milt Cole was the pastor. He contributed many photos to Capture Kern County. We loved to share stories of how Jesus changed our lives and blessed us greatly beyond our expectations. Till we meet again, Charlie!”
