Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Chloetta for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kuykendall and Thelma Kuykendall; her husband Harold Dickey; and her siblings, Colleen Beck and James "Sonny" Kuykendall.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Dickey (Patty) and Gary Dickey (Tina); and her great grandchildren, Branton Dickey (Aly Rooke), Kailey Dickey, Peyton Dickey, Connor Dickey, Diesel Dickey and Damien Dickey. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the West Side District Cemetery (440 E Cedar St, Taft, CA 93268).
