He was predeceased by: his father David Castle, Sr.; and his grandparents, Richard and Mary Gallardo. He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Gallardo; his son Kyle Castle; his former wife Kris; and his stepdaughters, Danielle and Erika. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
