He was predeceased by: his father Richard Chalupa. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Chalupa; his daughters, Casey Chalupa of Corona, Amy Reiland (Nathan) of Chino Hills and Courtney Chalupa of Tehachapi; his grandchildren, Maya and Alice Reiland; and his sisters, Cindy Hefflinger (Bob) of Portland, Jeanette Myers (Fred) of Scappoose and Nancy Larson (Denny) of Portland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the American Heart Association.
