He is survived by: his wife Dottie; his daughter Tina Haddad (Jason Grimm); his grandchildren, Jacob Haddad, Joshua Haddad and Maci Oakes (Andrew); and his in-laws, Vickie Moyer, Larry, Kathy Black and Mick Moyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
