He is survived by: his caregiver Jean Smith (Parker) of Oneida; his daughters, Dana (Thomas Freeman) and Erica Rojas of Latrobe, PA; his brother Carl (Darcey Heilman); his grandchildren, Kailee Heilman, Emilee Mottle, Jenna Rojas, Victoria Freeman, Ruben Rojas, Jr. and Meckenzie Freeman; Christine Saccone of Cicero.
