Donna P (Powell) Bronson Obituary

On Tuesday, March 12, 2024, Donna P. Bronson, loving wife of Robert L. Bronson and mother of three children passed away at the age of 85. Donna was born on July 24, 1938 in Joplin, MO. She resided in Bakersfield since about the age of 5 and went to local schools, graduating from East Bakersfield High School in 1956. She met Bob the summer of 55 and the following March they married. A year later they had their first child. They raised three children, a daughter Cherri married to Dennis Armer and their two sons, Robert L. Bronson Jr. and Scott A. Bronson. Donna passed with her family by her side. Graveside only services will be held Wednesday March 20th at 2:00 PM at Greenlawn Cemetery, 3700 River Blvd, in the Garden of Resurrection. Doughty, Calhoun, O’Meara is the Funeral Director.
