He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Nicholas Neira and Maria Lozano. He is survived by: his wife Lupe Tinoco; and his children, JoAnn Lozano (David), Nancy Neira (Delfino), Frank Tinoco Jr. (Terry) and Benny Tinoco (Islaura). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
