She was predeceased by: her parents, Freed Powell and Mary Blackmon Powell; her husband Bryan Cox; her grandson Nathan Cox; and her great grandchildren, Waylon, Wayne Bower, Blaine, Jessie Eakle, Eleanor, Luke Etcheverry, Faith, Mathias Reinhart, Wyatt Fanjul, Charlie Leonard and Jaden Riley Cox.
She is survived by: her son Donald (Bakersfield); her mother-in-law Jessie Barrett Cox; her children, Lamont, Madene, Bob Cox (Sharon) of Arlington, Texas, Bruce Cox (Madaline) of Bakersfield, Laurie Fanjul (David) of Oakdale and Brenda Tremaine (Bob) of Bakersfield; her grandchildren, Sarah Cox of Dallas, Christina Cox of Melbourne, Australia, Jessica Reinhart of Elizabethtown, Bonnie Eakle of Bakersfield, Bryan W. Cox of Kuna, Idaho, Rachel Bower of Star, Idaho, Justine Fanjul of Oakdale, Mitch Fanjul of Ripon, Cole Fanjul of Sacramento, Bobby Tremaine of Umatilla, Fla. and Michelle Etcheverry of Bakersfield; her brother Donald Powell (Vivian) of Bakersfield; her sons, Devin and Dean Powell; Vincent DiGiorgio. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
