With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ginevra Marilyn Packer (Bakersfield, California), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 9, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Allen Waterhouse and Ginevra Ramona Cheatham Waterhouse; her cousin Bob Watts; and her friend Bobbie Yanoshik. She is survived by: her sisters, Sue, Pat and Kauai; her husband Bill Packer; her daughters, Rendy Malia Packer and Darci Lanei Packer Frank (Paul Frank); her grandchildren, Benjamin Frank, Samuel Frank (Grace Lanouette) and Dr. Madelyn Frank (Malik Elasha); her great grandchildren, Naia, Lena, Ezekiel and Elijah Pascual (Alexis Pascual); her sisters, Bobbie McCord (Bill McCord), Leona Farrell and Cilla Bailey (Ron Bailey); her granddaughter Whitney; Cindy Brown, Judy Packer, Frances Packer, Lena and Naia. She is also survived by many extended family members and lifelong friends.
