She was predeceased by: her parents, Pat Perez and Rupie Perez. She is survived by: her sons, Anthony R. Humphrey and Philip C. Humphrey II (Veronica Humphrey); and her grandchildren, Anthony R Humphrey II, Philip C. Humphrey III and Layla M. Humphrey.
