He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Diaz and Stella Diaz; his wife Marianne; his children, Frank, Tammie Vidal, Manuel, Adriana Vasquez, Greg Diaz Jr., Kristine Freeman, Kevin, Alisia Aviles, James and Julianna Diaz; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Noah of Ava, MJ, Angel, Jameson and Joelle.
