He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clarence Fulce and Opal May Fulce (Bell); and his wife Myrna Mangan. He is survived by: his children, Randy Fulce (Denise), Rondi Wellum (Richard) and Ryan Fulce (Jeannie); and his brothers, Sidney Fulce (Kareen) and Tommy Fulce (Carol). He is also survived by ten Grandchildren, and four Great Grandchildren.
