He is survived by: his girlfriend Jessica Frick; his children, Reina Woolf (Andrew Betancourt) and Luke Woolf; his mother Audrey Thomasy; his siblings, Brandon Thomasy, Brian Thomasy and Tonia Thomasy; and his grandmother Mildred McKay. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends.
