He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Hughes; and his sister Kimberly Hughes. He is survived by: his father Jack Hughes; his children, Logan Hughes, McKenna Kelley, Madison Hughes, Connor Kelley and Ashlyn Kelley; and his wife Polly Kelley Hughes.
Jeff used to joke about how much money he had in cheer uniforms that are stored up in the attic of the garage so in lieu of flowers please donate to Wasco High Cheer Club attention Liz Salinas.
