He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Harper and Goldie Harper; and his brothers, Jesse and Bobby (Anna Harper). He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Newman of Libby Montana and Roger Sturges of Montana; and his children, Debi and David (Grace Harper). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
