He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean C. Winn and Ruby B. Winn. He is survived by: his wife Patti Keys; his children, Christin Bishop (Derron), Heather Jones (Dustin), Jay Winn (Felicia), Spencer Winn (Derek), Marie, Becca and Kellie (Francis); and his brothers, Clive (Kathy), Jeff and Steve (Susan). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Sunshine Division, a food bank and local charity close to Stewart's heart run by the Portland Police Bureau. (http://www.sunshinedivision.org).
