He was predeceased by: his parents, John Houston Blackwood and Lovice Quinten Blackwood. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Scott Blackwood and Steven Christopher Blackwood; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Blackwood; his grandchildren, Brianne De Hoyos (Uri), Ashley Rayford (Xzavier), Brandyn Blackwood (Kelsey), Katie Couch (Robbie), Elizabeth Blackwood (Johnny Drake) and Matthew Blackwood; and his great grandchildren, Shianne Irlanda, Ethan Irlanda, Geordan DeCluette, Addy Blackwood, Liliana De Hoyos, Bailee Harvey, Travis Couch, Drake Blackwood and Maddilyn Couch.
