With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jose Lupercio Picasso (Bakersfield, California), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 31, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his daughters, Rosa Madera (Luis), Limbania Sandoval (Elias) and Myrna Velasquez (Amando); his grandchildren, Luis Madera (Veronica), Frankie Hur, Alissa Gar, Alia Madera, Elias Sandoval Jr., Marcus Velasquez, Sofia Sandoval, Noah Velasquez, Frankie Hurtado, Laila Hurtado, Santino Madera, Enzo Hurtado and Antonio Morales Jr.; his significant other Maria Cuellar; and his brother Francisco Picasso. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

He endured a battle with Alzheimer's but he won the race.
