He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierre Billet and Catherine Billet; and his son-in-law John Scott Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Garacoits; his brothers, Paul (Yvette) and Jean Baptiste (Maite); his children, Rochelle M. Billet-Smith and Eddie (Shannon); his grandchildren, Joshua, Chelsey (Joseph), Hayley, Jason and Jenna (Eddie); and his great grandchildren, London, Dalton, Noah and Presley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
