She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Cook; her grandson Daniel; and her siblings, Geri and Jim. She is survived by: her children, Terrye (Dale), Susan (Doug) and Steven (Heather); her grandchildren, Derek, Jeff (Alison), Steven, David, Kelli (Pete), Katie Rose, Dylan and Blaine; and her family, Jasmine, Jerry Yatco, Marie, Rose, Brenda and Bella. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
