He is survived by: his wife Carol Vestal; his sons, Ronald Middleton Jr. (Shannon) and James Middleton; his stepson Brian Oyster; his grandchildren, Joshua Middleton Sr., Jessica Middleton and Daniel Middleton (Morgan); his great grandchildren, Joshua Middleton Jr., Karilynn Middleton, Carson Middleton and Raelyn Middleton; his great great grandchild Marshall Middleton; his brothers, Dennis Middleton (Sue) and David Middleton (Cathy); his sister-in-law Susan Middleton; and his aunt Elinor. He is also survived by one niece; and many nephews, along with a few favorite cousins.
