We are sad to announce that, on October 20, 2022, at the age of 64, Ruperto Salinas (Bakersfield, California), born in Tulare, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Martin (Amaris Salinas), Valerie Salinas and Victoria (Philip Valdez); his grandchildren, Seraphina, Luciana Salinas and Julian Valdez; and his siblings, Julian, Jr. (Socorro Salinas) and Armida.
